Can it fix any blurry photo?
No. It sharpens edges and removes noise and JPEG blocks, which helps small, compressed or slightly soft photos. A badly out-of-focus or shaken photo stays soft, and where detail is missing the AI draws texture that looks plausible but is not real.
Can I use it for a form or ID photo?
For a slightly soft photo, yes, but check that the face still looks like you. When a portal asks for a recent, unedited photo, taking a new photo is the safer choice.
Is it free?
