Step by step
- Choose or drop your JPG images. They stay on your phone or computer.
- Put the pages in order. Max KB is already set to 500, so every page gets the highest JPEG quality that keeps the whole PDF under 500 KB.

Questions
Will the PDF really be under 500 KB?
Yes. It stays under 500 × 1000 bytes, so it passes whether the portal counts 1 KB as 1000 or 1024 bytes. If even the smallest version is too big, the tool says by how much.
How many pages fit?
It depends on the pictures. Fewer pages, and photos cropped to the paper, leave more of the 500 KB for each page, so text stays clearer.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDF is made inside your browser, so your files never leave your phone or computer.
How many images can I convert for free?
Up to 5 pages in one PDF, as often as you like. For a longer PDF, a one-time 24-hour image to PDF pass (US$1.49) converts any number of images. You can also download the first 5 pages free.
