How to make a clean signature image that passes every portal

1. Paper and pen: use plain white paper and a black or dark blue ball pen, and sign a little bigger than usual.
2. Photo: shoot in daylight with the phone parallel to the page, and avoid your shadow.
3. Crop: leave only a small margin around the signature.
4. Resize: open the signature resizer, keep “Clean signature” on, and enter your form’s pixel size and KB window.

Common limits: SSC 10–20 KB, IBPS 10–20 KB at 140 × 60 px, NTA exams 4–30 KB. See forms for the full list.
